Products & orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and any payment processed will be refunded promptly in such cases.

An order confirmation email constitutes acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance of it. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation.

Payments & pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. KendiAfrika processes payments securely via Flutterwave and Paystack. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

We do not store your payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by our payment processors in compliance with applicable data security standards.

Prices may vary by shipping region and are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to their own terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Shipping & delivery

KendiAfrika ships to multiple regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are collected by the relevant local authority.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay customs fees, you may be charged the cost of re-shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to decline a return if these conditions are not met.
